Bill Graham has spent three decades in the field of reference publishing. From 1978 to 1996
he worked as an editor of the World Book Encyclopedia, directing World Book's
life sciences coverage during most of that time. In 1996 he became social sciences editor of
Encarta Encyclopedia. He served as managing editor of Encarta from 1998 to
2006, when he joined Websters Multimedia as Managing Editor.
Bill is also the founder of the Association of Late-Deafened Adults (ALDA), an
international organization for people who become deaf in adulthood. He has served
on many national boards for people with disabilities in the United States and is a
Trustee of Gallaudet University in Washington, D.C.
